KINGSTON, Jamaica; Mar 7, 2017: Minister of Travel and leisure, Hon. Edmund Bartlett has declared that the World Bank has agreed to acquire Jamaica and the United Nations World Travel and leisure Organization (UNWTO) in staging the particular historic Global Conference on Creating Partnerships for Sustainable Tourism just for Development, which will be staged from Nov 27 to 29 at the Montego Bay Convention Centre, St . Wayne. The move is aimed at increasing the global impact and positioning from the conference.
Speaking at the very first press briefing for global press, which was jointly held by the Ministry and the UNWTO in Germany these days (March 7, 2017), UNWTO Admin General, Mr. Taleb Rifai released the new partner.
