SkyWest Airlines names new Vice Leader

SkyWest Airlines, a subsidiary of SkyWest, Inc. is pleased to announce that will Bradley W. Blake has been called Vice President – Operations Manage Center (OCC).

Blake’ s current Managing Director part is being elevated to Vice Chief executive as the OCC plays an increasingly natural part in SkyWest’ s overall procedure and performance. Blake will carry on and oversee the SkyWest Operations Manage Center, including its team associated with dispatchers, system controllers and functional quality team, and will be responsible for matching with each of SkyWest’ s functional departments to ensure SkyWest’ s one, 800 daily flights operate properly as scheduled. Blake reports straight to Chief Operating Officer Mike Thompson.

“ Brad provides played a significant role in SkyWest’ s improved operational performance during the last two years, ” said Mike Thompson, SkyWest Airlines Chief Operating Official. “ The industry continues to demand dependable operations and the OCC is essential to the ability to meet those demands. Brad’ s demonstrated experience, agility plus leadership will help SkyWest continue to carry out at the highest level. ”

Blake holds nearly two decades of SkyWest experience and obtained his Dispatch Certificate while going to Dixie State University in St George, Utah. He has previously offered as Senior Director – OCC at Spirit Airlines and has kept numerous positions at SkyWest, which includes lead operations supervisor and supervisor OCC/System Control. He and his spouse, Samantha, reside in St . George, Ut with their two daughters.
