Benchmark, a global hospitality business, has named noted hospitality plus restaurant executive, Todd Parmelee, vice president of food & drink. In his new role, Mr. Parmelee will oversee the operations of most food and beverage departments for each associated with Benchmark’ s 70 properties inside the expanding Benchmark Resorts & Resorts and Gemstone Collection portfolios. This individual comes to Benchmark’ s senior group with an exceptional background in as well as beverage operations, entertainment, organizational management, technology, marketing and teambuilding.

Mr. Parmelee will be based in Benchmark’ s Office at home in The Woodlands, Texas, near Houston. He comes to his new placement from Entertainment Consultants International (ECI), a leading hospitality consultant to dining places, bars, nightclubs, and live amusement venues throughout the United States. He offered as ECI’ s chief functions officer, regional director of procedures and beverage director. Mr. Parmelee’ s responsibilities in these positions spanned all aspects of hiring, training, marketing and advertising, concept development, community outreach, building, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic preparing. Working in the highly competitive world of sports events marketing, Mister. Parmelee directed food and beverage product sales and operations at the Ballpark Community in St . Louis, a new complicated of shops, restaurants, bars plus entertainment venues. He also offered as chief operating officer associated with Atlanta’ s newest restaurant plus entertainment venue, Live! at the Electric battery, located next to the Atlanta Braves new stadium, SunTrust Park.
Prior to this, Todd Parmelee held various management positions within Las Vegas, as vice president functions for the Golden Tavern Group, drink director at the Hard Rock Resort & Casino and general supervisor of PT’ s Tavern Team.
