2 injured after travel trailer explosion in Centralia
KITSAP COUNTY, Wash. — A two-story house fire was sparked early Saturday morning in the 3800 block of Southeast Castlewood Drive outside the city of Port Orchard, according to the Kitsap County Sheriff’s Office.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, officials do not know if there are people currently still in the house as officials are unable to go inside the house until it is stable.
A man in his 60s reportedly was able to get out of the house during the fire and was taken to a local hospital. His condition is unknown at this time.
The house is reportedly unstable and an engineering firm has been called in to make sure it is safe for officials to investigate the building, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
Investigators likely won’t be able to get inside the house until Saturday afternoon.
Multiple agencies responded to the two-alarm fire.
