3,500 jobs for Emiratis in these sectors
Over another 100 days, jobs await Emirati applicants in the financial, banking, insurance, retail and tourism sectors

Dubai: On the next 100 days, 3,500 job opportunities will be designed for Emirati job hunters in the financial, banking, insurance, retail and tourism sectors in the next phase of the national Emiratisation and direct employment programme in vital economic sectors.
The Ministry of RECRUITING and Emiratisation (MoHRE) has signed 13 Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with federal and municipality entities to supply these jobs within the said timeframe, on Saturday the state news agency WAM reported.
Nasser Bin Thani Al Hamli, Minister of Human Emiratisation and Resources, and representatives of the entities attended the signing ceremony.
Under these cooperative agreements, the financial and banking sector shall provide 1,000 jobs; insurance, 500; while retail and tourism, 2,000 jobs.
”These MoUs laid the groundwork for a strategic partnership between your ministry and federal and municipality departments along with with companies operating in these sectors so as to accelerate the pace of Emiratisation,” Al Hamli said.
The minister stated that the ministry would provide every possible assist with its strategic partners to provide targets of the qualitative Emiratisation in these sectors.
The first phase of the Emiratisation programme covered aviation, transport, ICT, real services and estate centre sectors and secured 5,740 employment offers and contracts for Emiratis, which exceeded the Emiratisation targets by 47 percent.
