Atlas has launched an online travel claims service to help clients claim online, making the process as stress-free as possible.
This service is available for any type of travel claim – all clients have to do is fill in a simple form and, depending on the type of claim, they can also upload photos of flight tickets, reports, receipts and other documentation necessary.

Clients will then be contacted on how their claim will be taken forward. “With hundreds of clients making use of our recently launched online claims services for motor and health, we have now rolled out a similar online service for lodging travel claims,” said personal lines and intermediaries manager Keith Tanti.
“With these new, easy-to-use online services, we are extending our client touchpoints to continue to offer the best and most convenient service possible to our clients, especially those who prefer onl-ine services.”
