Airport officials expect this season to be yet another record-breaker for MCO.
Over the already well-underway 21-day Christmas-New Year period, airport officials estimate about 3 million people will walk through the gates of MCO.
Traffic will likely dip some during Christmas and then continue to build again as the New Year holiday approaches.
The next biggest day for travel is Saturday, Dec. 30, with an estimated 154,000 travelers.
Airport officials advise anyone flying out to arrive about three hours ahead of take-off.
