Careem signs agreement with online travel app Rehlat

DOHA: Careem, the region’s leading ride-hailing app and only tech unicorn has signed an agreement with Rehlat, among the Middle East’s leading online travel apps.

The partnership gives Rehlat customers usage of Careem’s service directly from their app that will allow users to book rides from the airport in every the cities where Careem operates. In addition, it offers special online codes to save around 50 percent off on another two rides to or from the airport, said a statement.

“This agreement comes within Careem’s mission to people&rsquo simplify and improve;s lives regionally” Khaled Nuseibeh, GM of GCC at Careem. “We try to assist SME’s, online platforms and entrepreneurs in fulfilling the requirements of both ongoing companies and their customers”. 

Bader Al Roudan, Chief business officer of Rehlat said: “We have been striving to utilize Careem to facilitate services for the users to make our innovative solutions more desirable because of their needs”. 

He added,“Extra advantages to our esteemed customers will always be a priority for all of us at Rehlat and we have been always seeking to offer convenience by means of safe, hassle-free transportation right away to the ultimate end of these journey.” 

Rajiv Bhattacharjee, VP Global business development of Rehlat adds: “The service can be acquired to all or any the cities where Careem operates globally and can help users in which to stay the ecosystem of Rehlat and handle almost all their travel needs in a chance. This integration gives next-level of convenience to the commuters who don&rsquo also;t have Careem App installed.”

Rehlat users can enjoy Careem services through the next steps: Log into Rehlat app in which a new “Cabs” feature shall appear on underneath left. Log in to the Careem app, enter the arrival and departure destination and proceed with the Careem car selection. Confirm the booking to find the ride details.
