The employees can purchase tickets for their official trips using LPOs and payment must be made by the municipality within 30 days from the date of payment receipts through Emirates Online on the airline’s website, or at the offices of Dnata or Al Rais Travels.
Emirates shall give priority to Dubai Municipality in informing by email any offers made to the public and a monthly report shall be submitted to the authorised coordinator of the municipality carrying the number of employees travelling for official trips through Emirates.
Two ticket upgrades shall be granted to Dubai Municipality employees every month, in accordance with prior coordination between the two parties against the required flight status in case of availability of business class seats.
