Heathrow airport Airport issued the following statement upon UK and US aviation protection changes affecting some routes these days:

“ The security and safety of our passengers and colleagues will be our top priority and we work carefully with the police and Government authorities to stay vigilant and to respond to any modifications in our security situation. The changes introduced today by the UK and ALL OF US governments are not expected to have any kind of impact on security procedures for those leaving behind from Heathrow.

Travellers travelling to the UK from Turkey, Lebanon, Jordan, Egypt, Tunisia, and Saudi Arabia are advised to contact their flight with queries about any additional safety measures they may experience at air-ports in those countries.
