Lena ignited her passion for hospitality at The Westin Charlotte in 2004 and contains continued to achieve the since. To joining Hilton Charlotte University Place prior, Lena served 24 months in the Global Business Travel Association Ladders mentoring program. During her career, she’s been mixed up in NEW YORK Business Travel Association highly, working her way onto the board as Secretary and serving being an Allied Board Member currently. She’s even had the honor or representing the business four separate times at the Global Business Travel Association’s annual Legislative Summit.

In addition to these accolades, Lena have been awarded Hilton’s prestigious Circle of Excellence Award and was selected to wait Hilton’s Annual Top Performers Club Summit in 2016. Lena has undoubtedly earned a promising reputation in the market because of her passion for travel and commitment to excellence, making her an ideal fit for Hilton.

“I understand that traveling for work and being from your home is hard away,” said Lena. “I really like that I could ensure it is my goal to produce a hotel a house abroad for weary travelers where they know there’s always a welcoming team to greet them by the end of an extended day.”

When Lena isn’t working, she actually is hanging out with her husband and two sons, and during those rare cases of free time, she may be found by you dealing with an extended run with one glass of wine and an excellent book.
