It is official: Márcio Favilla Lucca sobre Paula presents papers to UNWTO Secretary Taleb Rifai

Today, Mr. Marcio Favilla Lucca de Paula made it recognized.   In Madrid,   this individual handed his documents to contend for the UNWTO Secretary General place to current Secretary-General Taleb Rifai.

Mr. Favilla Lucca de Paula is currently Executive Movie director for Competitiveness, External Relations plus Partnerships at the World Tourism Firm (UNWTO) based in Madrid, Spain. He’s been in this position since January 2010.

From April 2007, Mister. Favilla Lucca de Paula has been Vice Minister of the Secretariat associated with Institutional Relations of the Presidency associated with Brazil.

Prior to this particular appointment, he was Brazil’ h first Vice Minister of Travel and leisure (2003-2007) where he played a key part in the structuring of the first distinctive Ministry of Tourism in Brazilian.

Mr. Favilla Lucca de Paula has a MA in Development Research from the Institute of Social Research, The Hague, Netherlands, where he centered on Regional Development Planning (1985-1986). He or she obtained his undergraduate degree within Economics from the Federal University associated with Minas Gerais (1979).
