“I’m very excited about this partnership, and I know it will be a great amenity for the hotel and the community,” said Michael Drew, General Manager of Hotel Moloka’i. “I’ve worked and known the family for over 10 years, and I’m looking forward to many more years of success together.”
Many renovations have occurred to the Hotel Moloka’i restaurant space over the past months including refinishing the dining room floor, bringing in new furniture and décor and installing a second stage to allow for entertainment. The Hiro family has worked to create the kitchen staff (with Chef Sherwood “Woody” Hiro leading the team), develop the menu, and collaborate with local businesses, including farmers and vendors on the island.
