Shannen Doherty enjoyed an extravagance getaway to Peru with her husband this past year.

But Kurt Iswarienko didn’t shell out the dough, a travel agency has alleged.

The photographer has been sued by THE EXPERIENCE Traveler for $10k after accusing him of skipping from the bill, Page Six reported.

The couple hired the business to arrange a last-minute South American vacation in December.

The company normally requires payment beforehand, however in its lawsuit claims  that ‘due to the truth that the Peru trip was planned two days before defendant and his wife left for the trip, and was planned while these were away continually, the invoice was delivered to defendant upon his return.’

While Iswarienko paid a $5,000 deposit, he’s got to cough up the remaining&nbsp yet;$9,786, the lawsuit claims.

‘Plaintiff attemptedto resolve this dispute with defendant outside the courtroom; however, such efforts were to no avail,’ the suit claims.

Iswarienko ‘never contested invoice but instead noted his happiness with the trip through several texts including a note received on January 2, 2018, upon his return from the Peru trip.’

The suit includes an itemized invoice of the weeklong trip, including a $450 ‘surfing host’, a $350 ‘private guided excursion to Machu Picchu’, and a $1,056 two-night stay the Inkaterra Hacienda Urubamba hotel in the Sacred Valley of the Incas.

He was also billed $1,500 for ‘customized itinerary planning.’ 

Doherty married Iswarienko, her third husband, in 2011.

The actress announced in April of this past year she was in remission. 2 yrs after revealing her breast cancer diagnosis.
