State plan demands bicycle travel safer, far more convenient

The report offers several guiding principles, including a call to take care of all social people exactly the same whatever the mode of travel they choose, ending decades of policy that gave automobile travel priority over other modes.

Anyone desperate to touch upon the draft plan is urged to take action online by Jan. 31.
