The Travel Corporation (TTC) has unveiled plans to expand its sales network to the center East. Within its regional growth strategy, TTC has promoted Darshan Maheshwari, country manager for TTC India, to a dual leadership role which will see him helm TTC Middle East.
TTC owns 29 award-winning brands including Trafalgar, Insight Vacations, Contiki Holidays, Costsaver, AAT Kings, Thompsons Africa and its own luxury brands Uniworld Boutique River Cruise Collection, Luxury Gold, Inspiring Red and journeys Carnation Hotels, an accumulation of 17 luxury boutique hotels in London, Dorset, Guernsey, Geneva, Florida & South Africa.
The family-owned organisation, in its fourth generation now, offers over 1,000 trips spanning 60 countries, with a variety of travel styles that interest travellers of most ages. TTC holidays are created to create enriching experiences for travellers by combining an unbeatable mixture of exceptional service and quality at great value.

As he steps into his new role as country manager of TTC, Middle and india East with immediate effect, Maheshwari will leverage on the synergies which exist for both India and Middle East travel industry to expand TTC’s regional footprint and can engage agent partners in training and sales-driven events actively. He’ll help introduce TTC&rsquo also;s innovative solutions for travel companies, including TTC Agent Academy, one platform intended to offer an eLearning platform for agents to create their knowledge for TTC’s core brands with the purpose of helping agent partners find out about the scope of solutions open to meet their customers travel needs.
