West and bethesda Virginia Partner For Tourism Campaign

The constant state of West Virginia has announced a partnership for the next tourism campaign, and it’s nearly the business you’d expect: publisher Bethesda Softworks. Using its the upcoming Fallout 76 occurring in “Almost Heaven,” West Virginia saw it as a ripe possibility to expand to a fresh audience.

“It’s finally time all of those other global world sees just what a gem West Virginia is,” said West Virginia governor Jim Justice. “For a long time, I’ve been saying we’ve everything: beautiful scenery, the very best people you can ask for and much more. And today, we reach share a bit of that with people all around the globe through the initial lens of the gaming.”

While there’s very little detail yet in what can make up the campaign, the WV Tourism Office will undoubtedly be dealing with Bethesda to generate both informational campaigns and invitations to go to hawaii.  To find out more on the campaign, go to the state’s tourism website.
