Currently, Lutoff-Perlo holds the position of President and CEO of the FIFA World Cup 2026 Miami Host Committee. Her previous roles include serving as Vice Chairman of External Affairs for the Royal Caribbean Group and as President and CEO of Celebrity Cruises, where she significantly transformed the cruise experience for both the industry and the Celebrity Cruises brand through her visionary and innovative strategies in ship design and service.
