- Use a unique headline of 8 words or fewer (maximum 72 characters).
- Do not use the same headline submitted to a wire service or other publication.
Content Length
- 200–300 words recommended.
- TravelWireNews serves busy readers, so summarize lengthy press releases as concise news stories.
Newsworthiness
- Content must be newsworthy for our audience of travel, tourism, and lifestyle readers, as well as trade, non-trade, public sector, and journalists.
- TravelWireNews does not have a high SEO or Domain ranking, and search engine indexing depends on content. However, TWN reaches key readers with our email newsletter.
Categories & Tags
- Leave blank or use relevant, well-established search tags. You may add your own
Links
- Include ONE outgoing or YOUTUBE link.
- Do not link to purchase pages, online casinos, adult content, cryptocurrency promotions, or get-rich-quick schemes.
- Please review our content guidelines before submitting.
Feature Photo
- Include one copyrighted feature photo that you own or have the rights to use.
Additional Photos
- Do not include additional photos. TravelWireNews publishes concise news summaries and accepts only one feature image.
Editorial Review
- After submission, your release will remain Pending until it has been reviewed and approved by our assignment editor.
