Marriott Lincolnshire Resort is delighted to announce the appointment of Margarita Solis as the Associate Director of Sales. With more than 20 years of experience in sales within the hospitality sector, Margarita returns to the resort equipped with a distinguished record in sales leadership and exceptional customer service.
Margarita began her journey with Marriott International in 2008, quickly advancing from Business Development Manager to a pivotal position on the Marriott International Mid-America Sales Team. In 2016, she took on the role of Senior Sales Manager at Marriott Lincolnshire Resort, achieving a promotion to Associate Director of Sales within a year. Her remarkable career includes spearheading sales initiatives for the newly launched Curacao Marriott Beach Resort and receiving honors such as Leader of the Quarter for 2024 at Lake Lawn Resort.
Brad Lajoie, General Manager of Marriott Lincolnshire Resort, expressed his enthusiasm by stating, “We are thrilled to have Margarita return.
