Omni Hotels & Resorts is delighted to announce the appointment of Michael Innocentin as the Chief Marketing Officer. In his new role, Innocentin will be responsible for the strategic planning, development, and implementation of all brand marketing initiatives, encompassing advertising, public relations, social media, the website, and digital campaigns. Furthermore, he will oversee Omni’s customer engagement and Select Guest Loyalty programs. Reporting directly to Jeff Doane, Omni’s Chief Commercial Officer, Innocentin brings with him a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry, spanning over 20 years.

Prior to joining Omni Hotels & Resorts, Innocentin held the position of Senior Vice President, Commercial Projects at Fairmont Hotels. Throughout his career, he has held various leadership roles at Accor, including Senior Vice President of Marketing, North America, and Vice President, E-Commerce & Digital, North America. In these capacities, he has successfully managed marketing and digital strategies across multiple brands and regions. Notably, Innocentin has developed pre-opening strategies and marketing plans for significant hotel openings, launched experiential campaigns, and effectively managed digital marketing, E-Commerce, and online reputation management.

Additionally, he has played a pivotal role in enhancing loyalty programs, establishing partnerships, and enhancing the retail experience for the Fairmont brand.
