Over the last seven years, Louella has served as the Hotel Manager at The Ritz-Carlton, Aruba, overseeing successful renovations at the island’s sole luxury-branded hotel. Thanks to her leadership, the establishment has seen notable increases in revenue and ADR, as well as exceptional employee engagement outcomes, among other accomplishments.
