Dominik Stalder assumed his role as the new Hotel Manager of the Bürgenstock Resort Lake Lucerne. During the ten-year renovation phase, Stalder was an integral part of the luxury resort’s pre-opening team, playing a crucial role in its revitalization. His professional expertise and dedication significantly contributed to the resort’s subsequent success after its official opening. Most recently, he led the organization of the High-Level Conference on Peace in Ukraine, the largest diplomatic event in Switzerland’s history, which took place on June 15 and 16, 2024 at Bürgenstock Resort. The event brought together 1,000 international VIPs, including 57 heads of state, as well as 700 internal and 350 external staff and contributors. Successfully managing this major logistical challenge, in collaboration with the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs, demonstrated his exceptional leadership skills.
Stalder’s tenure at Bürgenstock Hotels AG has been remarkable, commencing as Assistant F&B Director from March 2017 to January 2022. He further developed his skills as Director of Events & Entertainment from January 2022 to December 2023, effectively utilizing his expertise in event coordination, project management, and team supervision. From December 2023 to June 2024, he served as the Executive Assistant Manager overseeing Food & Beverage, Events & Projects.
