Aeromexico has commenced the operation of three additional routes linking Mexico City International Airport (AICM) with Raleigh-Durham, Tampa Bay, and Washington D.C. This achievement was made feasible through the Joint Cooperation Agreement with Delta Air Lines. The inaugural celebration is currently underway at all four airports, commencing at AICM, where Aeromexico executives are overseeing the initial flights to these American destinations.
Aeromexico plans to establish connections to these destinations by operating seven weekly flights for each route. This expansion will result in over 90 daily flights in July, courtesy of the Aeromexico-Delta partnership, linking nearly 60 routes that directly connect 24 U.S. destinations with 13 cities in Mexico.
Aeromexico has opened over ten routes between the two countries this year, thanks to its Joint Cooperation Agreement with Delta. The airlines will persist in their efforts to enhance connectivity to and from the United States. Aeromexico and Delta Air Lines express their gratitude to the authorities, airports, and partners in both nations for facilitating this expansion, which will contribute to the growth of tourism and business.
