Alaska Airlines has promoted two experienced executives to key positions aimed at strengthening the company’s dedication to safety and operational expansion. Additionally, the airline has named a new president for its subsidiary, McGee Air Services, a renowned provider of ground services and aircraft management.

Justin Neff is responsible for managing strategic sourcing and supply chain operations for Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air, playing a crucial role in meeting business goals and ensuring cost-effectiveness. He will be instrumental in implementing top-notch strategies for sourcing and overseeing aircraft, engine acquisitions, and maintenance support agreements.

Neff will replace Ann Ardizzone, who is transitioning to the position of vice president of special projects, where she will utilize her skills to assist with the potential merger between the airline and Hawaiian Airlines.

Jeff Helfrick, who is new to Air Group, will be responsible for supervising 2,000 employees at Alaska Airlines’ subsidiary, as a President of McGee Air Services. His role will involve overseeing ground services at eight airports. He will be in charge of developing strategies, driving growth, and managing finances, all while promoting a corporate culture that is centered around the company’s core values of safety, service, innovation, and employee well-being.
