RAI Amsterdam has formalized its collaboration this week with its two established audiovisual partners, ACS audiovisual solutions and Faber. This alliance will enable RAI to enhance the alignment of its audiovisual services with the preferences and requirements of its organizers and exhibitors moving forward.
The event industry has witnessed significant changes in the demand for audiovisual products and facilities over the years. Rapid technological advancements and evolving market expectations have necessitated a responsive approach. In light of this, RAI Amsterdam has initiated a tender process within the market.
In addition to the proposal submitted by our esteemed partner, ACS Audiovisual Solutions, we conducted a thorough examination of the offerings and unique attributes presented by the other candidates. Our evaluation, aligned with the market’s demands and expectations, indicates that two suppliers will enable us to better meet the anticipated needs of our guests in the future,” stated Bart van der Heijden, Director of Events at RAI Amsterdam.
