The Seychelles Tourism Board (STB) has wrapped up its annual Seychelles Roadshow in Italy, taking the destination’s message to travel trade partners and agents across three key cities – Rome, Napoli and Florence.
The roadshow brought together 19 Seychelles tourism partners, including destination management companies, airlines and hotels, who joined STB in engaging with Italian travel professionals and showcasing the diverse experiences available in the Seychelles.
The evening events featured destination presentations and business-to-business meetings, providing an opportunity for travel agents to deepen their knowledge of Seychelles and explore opportunities to increase sales to the destination.
Seychelles continues to hold strong appeal among Italian travellers, who are drawn to the islands’ pristine white sandy beaches, distinctive granite landscapes, lush natural environment and wide range of activities and experiences.
Italy remains an important source market for Seychelles and currently ranks fifth among the destination’s top 10 markets.
