Amadeus’ Altéa PSS provides Vietnam Airlines with a comprehensive range of inventory, reservation, ticketing, departure control, and digital solutions, all aimed at improving end-to-end efficiencies and enhancing the user experience. This system also equips Vietnam Airlines with top-notch technological capabilities in the aviation and tourism sectors, ultimately contributing to improved operational efficiency.
Altéa PSS allows Vietnam Airlines to provide contemporary and effective reservation services for its front-line staff, assisting passengers in buying, modifying, and utilizing the airline’s services.
Moreover, Vietnam Airlines is in the process of switching to the Xchange Payment Platform (XPP) from Outpayce, Amadeus’ payment division. This transition will enable the national flag carrier to seamlessly accept various card and alternative payment methods from travelers. Through XPP, the airline can process payments on a global scale by linking up with a diverse array of specialized partners.
