Alaska Airlines is enhancing its premium onboard menu by reintroducing hot meals to our inflight retail menu in the Main Cabin. Thanks to the carrier’s industry-leading pre-order program, its inflight menu continues to provide a wider range of choices compared to any other U.S. airline.
Effective immediately, Premium Class and Main Cabin passengers on most flights over 1,100 miles will have the opportunity to select from a selection of five chef-curated dishes, which will include at least one hot meal option. In addition to our freshly prepared food offerings such as the Signature Fruit & Cheese Platter, our hot meals can only be purchased through pre-order.
Over the past few months, our Food & Beverage teams have been dedicated to enhancing our already premium in-flight meals, including expanding the availability of hot meal options on most medium- to long-haul flights.
Customers must remember to use Alaska Airlines‘ first in the industry pre-order option to choose their meal and have it conveniently delivered to their seat on their next flight.
