Dusit International, a prominent hotel and property development firm in Thailand, has recently entered into a partnership agreement with VillaCarte Group. VillaCarte Group, a real estate development company based in Phuket, possesses a wide-ranging collection of villas, apartments, hotels, bars, and restaurants. The purpose of this collaboration is to oversee the operations of a luxurious hotel and apartment complex, which will be situated at the center of VillaCarte’s eagerly awaited Layan Verde Project on Phuket’s west coast.
Situated a mere 800 meters away from Bang Tao Beach, Layan Verde encompasses an impressive area of 108,000 square meters. This remarkable development consists of 15 mid-rise buildings, skillfully crafted by architect Mohammed Adi, the Chief Design Officer of Dewan Architects + Engineers. Adhering to a meticulous design approach, these buildings effortlessly blend in with the breathtaking natural environment that surrounds them.
Dusit International currently manages a total of 301 properties spread across 18 countries. This includes 57 properties under the Dusit Hotels and Resorts brand, as well as 244 luxury villas under Elite Havens, a prominent luxury villa rental provider in Asia that was acquired by Dusit in September 2018. Additionally, there are over 60 Dusit Hotels and Resorts in various stages of development.
