STARLUX Airlines, a luxury carrier based in Taiwan, has responded to the increasing demand from North America and Asia Pacific by revealing plans to enhance its route network. The airline will be introducing Hong Kong as its latest destination. Starting from July 16, STARLUX will operate two daily non-stop flights between Taipei and Hong Kong, utilizing its advanced A350-900 and A330-900neo wide-body aircraft. This expansion will provide North American travelers with convenient and stylish flight options from Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Seattle to Hong Kong, a bustling city in Asia, through Taipei.
STARLUX Airlines CEO Glenn Chai emphasized that the introduction of STARLUX’s new route signifies not only our expansion plan but also the significance of Hong Kong as a prominent aviation hub. This development will enable us to facilitate the connection of American travelers to one of Asia’s busiest airports, thereby creating prospects for business ventures, tourism activities, and family gatherings. Glenn Chai further highlighted that Hong Kong, known as “Asia’s World City,” ranks among the top 20 most sought-after global destinations, indicating its popularity among both American and international tourists. The city’s allure lies in its vibrant culture, diverse culinary scene, iconic landmarks, and bustling shopping districts.
