Budapest Airport has officially announced the inclusion of its sixth Chinese destination in its summer flight schedule.

Shanghai Airlines, in collaboration with China Eastern Airlines, is set to broaden its network by reintroducing a Xi’an service from the Hungarian hub during the summer season.

Chinese carrier will begin operating a weekly round-trip route connecting Shanghai, Xi’an, and Budapest on Saturdays starting from 22 June. This new service marks the reintroduction of Xi’an as a destination from Hungary.

Shanghai Airlines is an airline headquartered in Shanghai and a wholly owned subsidiary of China Eastern Airlines. Shanghai Airlines operates domestic and international services.
