This endeavor, aligning with Sofitel’s 60th anniversary this year, represents a notable achievement for the brand, showcasing its dedication to vibrant and elegant luxury under the guidance of CEO Maud Bailly.
Sofitel New York has recently unveiled its comprehensive refurbishment plan, which encompasses every aspect of the hotel. This includes the 398 guestrooms, consisting of 51 suites and the prestigious Presidential Suite. The renowned One Bedroom Suites, featuring stunning views of the city skyline, as well as the Terrace Suites with their unparalleled vistas of the Chrysler or Empire State Buildings from private outdoor terraces, will also undergo renovation. Furthermore, the transformation will extend to the lobby level, meeting spaces, guest elevators, and corridors.
The eagerly awaited renewal of Sofitel New York, renowned for its tranquil ambiance amidst the vibrant Midtown Manhattan, is set to commence in late 2024. The completion of the public areas is scheduled for Fall 2025.
