While participating in the GREAT FUTURES Initiative conference, I met with Mr. Nick de Bois, Chairman of the British Tourism Authority.

Al-Khateeb explained: We discussed ways to enhance cooperation between the two countries in the tourism sector and the importance of exchanging experiences that enhance the two countries progress at the global tourism level.
The GREAT Futures Initiative Conference, which will begin today at King Abdullah Financial District, aims to enhance economic relations between Saudi Arabia and the UK.
“Today the largest UK business delegation in over a decade lands in Riyadh for GREAT FUTURES, with over 400 delegates from the UK traveling to Saudi Arabia, 70 percent of whom have never visited the Kingdom,” British Ambassador to Saudi Arabia Neil Crompton said.
The GREAT FUTURES launch event in Riyadh on 14-15 May 2024 aims to bring to life the sheer scale of opportunities for UK businesses in Saudi Arabia and forge partnerships across a number of sectors by gathering together some of the UK’s most creative and innovative companies with their Saudi business and Government counterparts.
